Born in 1970, he obtained his Law Degree from Universidad Nacional de La Plata in 1994. In 1998, he obtained a postgraduate degree in Economic Regulation Law from Universidad Austral and in 2006, he obtained a Master Degree in Administration of Electric and Natural Gas Markets from the Buenos Aires Technological Institute (ITBA).

His practice focuses mainly in the energy field and matters related to public infrastructure projects, in connection with its regulatory and contractual aspects. Before joining Estudio Bosch in 2003, he has been legal advisor for both national and local public agencies as well as private and public entities involve in the energy field and other areas related to public infrastructure (Argentinean National Department of Energy, Ministry of Infrastructure of the Province of Buenos Aires, ESEBA, Obras Sanitarias, and its corresponding privatized entities). He also worked in other well-known law firms in the City of Buenos Aires in the area of administrative law and economic regulation.

He currently provides legal advice to the Firm’s clients in public and private law matters, related to electricity, natural gas and other public utilities-related matters.

He is associated professor of administrative contracts at the School of Public Advocates for the State of the Office of the Attorney General (Procuración General del Tesoro).
