Born in June 1971 in the City of Buenos Aires, he obtained his Law Degree from Universidad de Buenos Aires in 1997.

At the beginning of his professional career, we worked at other law firms and was for many years head of the legal department of a Railway Company that transports both passengers and goods. During those years, he gained extensive experience in handling complex legal issues that usually arise in large companies.

At Estudio Bosch he deals with contractual matters and civil and commercial litigation. He also provides legal assistance to private and public companies in commercial matters including breach of contract and business tort cases.

Nicolás Mihura Gradín supervises a team of lawyers in all phases of different kind of trials. He also represents and provides legal counseling on a regular basis to public service entities in civil and commercial disputes.
