Born in March 1951 in the City of Buenos Aires, he obtained his Law Degree from Universidad de Buenos Aires in 1975.

After serving for many years as National Judge in Commercial Matters, he joined Estudio Bosch in 1989 and became head of the Department of Bankruptcy Proceedings. He worked as an in-house attorney for various prestigious companies and he was also head of the legal department of the Banco Nacional de Desarrollo (National Development Bank).

Martín Luis Bosch serves as professor of Reorganization and Bankruptcy Proceedings in a postgraduate course at the School of Economics of the Universidad de Buenos Aires and as professor of Reorganization and Bankruptcy Proceedings at the Corporación de Abogados Católicos.
