Estudio Bosch was founded in 1987 by two brothers, Francisco Miguel (†) and Carlos Luis Bosch, who had had vast experience as judges of the National Judiciary in both first and second instance. The merger was predicated on the shared belief that the Firm would gather a professional team of lawyers with two basic qualifications: on one hand, in-depth legal knowledge, to serve the legal needs of the clients; and on the other hand, kindness and professionalism, to guarantee within the team the shared beliefs about the core values that guide our behavior. In other words, they had in mind not only an efficient legal machine, but also the idea of establishing a group of men and women that would work and relate on the basis of the values on which the human relationships’ perdurability relies: trust, loyalty, honesty and responsibility.

Sharing this same approach, Martin Luis Bosch, also a former commercial judge of the National Judiciary, joined the Firm shortly thereafter.

The experience gained as judges in civil and commercial matters of the National and Federal Judiciary, both in first and second instance, strengthened by the above-referred to values, allowed the founding partners to manage the Firm so as to always pursue a high level of legal professionalism in both theoretical and practical aspects.

As younger lawyers specialized in a variety of fields joined Estudio Bosch during the succeeding years, the Firm has continuously grown. The new team had provided the Firm not only with professional enthusiasm, but also with interpersonal skills. The impact was reflected in the significantly increase of the legal services provided by the Firm.

Nowadays, almost twenty-five years after the founding partners had materialized their ideas, the Firm's law practice comprises a wide range of services in many areas of commercial, civil, financial and administrative law, ligation and arbitration, among others.
