Estudio Bosch advises domestic companies on commercial loan transactions as well as on the negotiation and structuring of security packages (commercial pledges, transfer of current and future rights, among others). In addition, the Firm provides legal advice in relation to other financial structures, such as in the securitization of rights through financial trusts, by participating in the many steps involved in each transaction (analysis, negotiation, design, etc.).

The Firm also participates in the contractual design and structuring of trusts for the finance and execution of public infrastructure projects. In other level, Estudio Bosch regularly advices local Mutual Investment Funds and its investment managers in their dealings with the domestic Securities Commission (Comisión Nacional de Valores), and in its relation with investors and the Argentine capital market.

Particularly, Estudio Bosch provides legal advice to international hedge funds and its investment managers on the full range of matters affecting its operation in many jurisdictions (United Kingdom, Switzerland, United States of America, among others), in coordination with foreign legal counselors.

Among the many different issues involved in these hedge funds’ operations, our Firm takes an active roll in the analysis, structuring and implementation of contracts through which these companies develop its hedging strategies (futures contracts, financial asset purchase and sale programs, stock index future contract, among others).
